Recently we had the privilege of staying at The Montcalm Hotel at The Brewery London City.
And we were simply wowed on entering its doors. Tasteful, elegant and truly amiable staff – that’s how we can describe it.
Located in the heart of the Barbican, this impressive old brewery building offers 235 luxury rooms, beautifully designed to relax you and make your stay an experience you will always remember.
And we certainly do as we were lucky to stay in the Barbican Duplex Suit which is one of the Montcalm at the Brewery London City’s largest suites, set over two floors! WOW! The ground floor featuring the bathroom and ample size living space. And upstairs spacious bedroom with the most comfy bed ever! …we didn’t want to leave.
What’s more there were waiting for us opulent bedding, fluffy bathrobes, slippers and the most amazing marble bathroom with indulgent, deep-soaking bath tub, complete with Hermes toiletries. Very luxurious!
Oh, and we had two 40” LCD flat screen TVs, in-room coffee machine, wine and bowl of fresh fruit waiting on our arrival.
And the breakfast, oh my …everything you could possibly want: buffet of fruit juice, tea, coffee, pastries, cereal and of course full English!
