Carrot Apple Banana Juice

Very easy to make and it tastes great. What’s more it’s loaded with nutrients and provides a good midday energy boost.

Ingredients:
6 medium size carrots
3 apples
2 bananas

Wash and peel carrots. Then core and peel apples. Place all in juicer.
Then peel and slice bananas and place in a blender jug. Blend it till smooth. Add carrot and apple juice to banana smoothie mixture and blend all for approx. 30 seconds. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy.
