Raspberry & Pistachio Nuts Lassi
1 tbsp pistachio nuts, chopped
150 ml natural yoghurt
optional: 1 tsp honey
Place a raspberries and natural yoghurt in a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into medium size glass. Sprinkle pistachio nuts and serve. Bon appetit.
If raspberries are a bit sour and winter one usually are, add a bit of honey.
