Calling all chocoholics! Choc Pots! They are a real killer. Rich, smooth and heavenly delicious. Pure indulgence and simply cannot be missed. What’s more they are the easiest thing in the world to make.
100 g plain chocolate, at least 50% cocoa solids
2 tbsp golden caster sugar
140 ml of single cream
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Break chocolate into chunks and put in a small pan. Add sugar and single cream and gently heat until the chocolate has melted and all is smooth. Then in bigger bowl beat egg yolks. Gradually pour chocolate mixture over the egg yolks and beat constantly. Add vanilla extract and stir well. Spoon into petit pots or any small dishes and decorate with almonds or white chocolate curls. Chill until set (approx. 3-4 hours). Enjoy!
